Jamie's Snuggly

I tried to get a picture with her really snuggling with her dog because it is so cute! She won't cooperate though. So this cute picture will have to do for now. :)
This is her new thing. She likes to turn her head to the side and pull faces.

David's Birthday Present!!

David came home with the one present he wanted this year. This is one of the perks of working where he does. He got an AWESOME DEAL!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVE!!

Jacob and Dad build the front deck railing in the rain on Saturday.
The weather can't keep hard-working men indoors all day !
We're getting ready for the Sarah/Stephen reception. . . fix'n the place up !

Jacob plows cow poo in the rain in the back west 40. Just call it "spreading sunshine."

Nothing like having your mom read you a bed time story by Dr. Suess--after a long days work outside. Jake is the youngest, and happy to be spoiled rotten.

The Lost Binky

It is Saturday and Jamie is ready for nap. I am just about ready to put her down when I realize there is no binky to be found. We used to have four and are now down to one. So we do a quick sweep of the house, no binky. So David looks in both cars, still nothing. We check everywhere we can think of. So she goes down with a binki that is barely tolerable. :) A few minutes after she is done David opens the fridge to get something out. What do you know, he pulls out a binki!!! Jamie had put the binki in the fridge when David had it open earlier in the day. Silly baby!

Rockies Game!!!

So last weekend we decided to go watch the Rockies play since we are stationed just a couple hours out of Denver. We were able to buy "rock pile" tickets for like $4 and then moved down to the $70 ticket range 4 innings into the game. Rockies gave up 4 runs to the Dodgers in the first inning :( and ended up losing by 1, 6 to 5. all in all it was a splendid trip.

This is the view of our first seats.

This is where we ended up sitting in the end
